By downloading, installing, or using the FaceAI Analysis app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

FaceAI Analysis provides AI-powered facial analysis services, including detailed feature analysis, personalized recommendations, and progress tracking. Our service is available through a subscription model.

3. Subscription Terms

• Subscription Period: 1 week auto-renewable subscription
• Price: €3.99 per week
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime in App Store settings

4. Face Data Collection and Usage

4.1 What Face Data We Collect

Only face data we store is your analysis feedback. We store it in order for you to see your analysis history.

4.2 How We Use Your Face Data

Users’ data will not be used for any other purpose than for AI analysis and to get your feedback.

4.3 Third-Party Sharing

Your data will not be shared with any third parties. Your data is stored on our secure database.

4.4 Data Retention

• Free users: Data stored for 1 week
• Subscribers: Data stored until subscription is cancelled or account is deleted, then stored for 1 additional month

5. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service

6. Intellectual Property

The FaceAI Analysis app, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems according to our data retention policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or via email.

3. Face Data Processing

• Photos are uploaded to secure Firebase Storage
• Analysis is performed using OpenAI's AI services

• Photos are automatically deleted based on your subscription status

4. Data Retention

• Free users: Photos deleted 1 week after analysis
• Subscribers: Photos deleted 1 month after subscription ends
• Account deletion: All data deleted immediately upon request

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with:

• OpenAI (for facial analysis processing)
• Firebase (for secure data storage)
• Apple (for subscription processing)
